installation on gentoo... solved ;)

it needed sys-libs/libtermcap-compat for rmidish and then i needed to
symlink /lib/libtermcap.so to /lib/libtermcap.so.2 to make it work...

didn't check midish for ages and i just can say WOW... kudos...

i definitively give up on pyalsa (nondocumented)... hard to get to
work queues (at least for me)...

please take me back to midish ;)
