According to the dump, midish sends the midi events as expected,
but something confuses timidity. Thanks for the tip, Julien.

Does "aplaymidi -p 128:0 file.mid" produce any sound? If not, you
may need to verify the timidity setup.

BTW, the proper line for midish to use timidity seems to be:

	dnew 0 "128:0" wo

[...]

In order to do all tests with the same file, you can convert the
sample.sng file to .mid with:

	load "sample.sng"
	export "file.mid"
