Midish and Readline

Hi!

I upgraded from version 1.0.4 to version 1.3.3 and now I can’t do
simple Readline shortcuts like 'C-d' for quiting, although it worked
with version 1.0.4 (now I must do 'C-c' to quit Midish). Any hints?

Thanks a lot for Midish, I’m using it for a few months and it’s a
great tool! :-)
