Beat / Measure and time minute/sec/ms with midish

Hello,

I read in the documentation that midish was able to give the measure / beat
position using the "midish" command.

Is there an option to write the position on one line only (rewriting the
line every time needed) ?

Is there an option to get the corresponding time (sec/ms or min/sec/ms) in
the song of the measure / beat ?

This would be helpful to use midish with audio recording software like
ecasound (all of them are command line tools than can use alsa device).
