evice info? & curr5t posi;n

Hi! Is there a way to know what port a device is specifyiing 
within rmidish, e.g., when you have a default set, but need a 
reminder of the port it's set to? Is that something that could be 
added to dinfo perhaps?

Also, is it possible at present to set current time to a tick or 
frame within a measure, or only to the start of a measure?
