Hello,

do you want the rasperry pi to ouput audio generated from the midi file ?
If yes, then you need some kind of software soudfont/synthesiser/renderer to make the sound. take alook at Timidity or fluidsynth.
Midish will only play the midifile and output a midi stream., maybe this is not what you want.
